Knowledge

understanding of a subject); it can be more or less formal or systematic. In
philosophy, the study of knowledge is called epistemology; the philosopher
Plato famously defined knowledge
as "justified true
belief". Knowledge acquisition involves
complex cognitive processes: perception, communication, and reasoning.
